What happens after I sign up?
We will set you up with access to the HSBC exclusive instance, so you can explore the non-production version of Cutover.
You'll get access to training documentation to show you around the platform, and access to support if you have any questions.
Do I need to prepare anything ahead of getting access?
Absolutely nothing. Just provide a valid HSBC email address and we will get you set up straight away.
Are there any costs or obligations to purchase involved?
Definitely not. We're so confident that you will be impressed by the Cutover platform that we wanted to share your dedicated environment, so you can see for yourself.

Do I need any training?
No again. You'll have access to training videos and documentation, so you can explore the platform on your terms. This will be sent to you along with confirmation of being set up on the platform.
