Our commitment to ESG

At Cutover we recognize that long-term success goes hand-in-hand with responsible action. Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives are not just checkboxes — incorporating them sensibly into how we operate is part of how we operate, make decisions, and build for the future.

Environmental responsibility

We’re working to reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to a sustainable future.

  • Carbon reduction goals: We aim to measure and report our Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by the end of the 2025 fiscal
    year.
  • Sustainable practices: We are incorporating eco-conscious decisions across our operations, from responsible waste management to green
    procurement policies.
  • Future focus: We are exploring carbon offset initiatives and circular economy models as part of our long-term sustainability strategy.

Social impact

We believe strong governance fosters trust among our teams, customers, and partners. Our current initiatives include:

  • An ESG Working Group, tasked with providing leadership and strategic direction for our sustainability efforts.
  • An ongoing policy refresh across our people, equity, diversity, inclusion (EDI), and ethics standards to ensure relevance and clarity.
  • Bi-annual performance reviews, supported by a calibration process designed to mitigate potential bias.
Regular employee engagement surveys, followed by targeted action planning based on feedback.
  • A continued commitment to data privacy, legal compliance, and ethical conduct in all areas of our operations.
